Our Infrastructure and Services are design to provide the highest level of stability. However we may occasionaly experience Outage and Downtime due to a datacenter outage incident, or malicious user actions.

Thanks to redundancy we achieve automatic failover preventing our Website and Services to go down.
However we cannot prevent the sky from falling and as such cannot guarantee 99.99% Uptime.

Rest assured that we will always attempt to provide the best user experience.

To prevent our Website and Services to overload, we designed our Services to automatically scale.

However we know by experience that malicious users will always try to stress the infrastructure. To prevent those users from impacting everyone else, we decided to set this Fair-Usage Policy.

If a user happen to overload our infrastructure, we will first contact him trying to resolve the issue.

If no action is taken following th reception of the email, his account will be ban.
